ADI Hub Terms and Conditions
Access to the Driving Test Success ADI Hub is a free of charge service, exclusively for qualified driving instructors. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and submitting your details to the Driving Test Success (Driving Test Success) ADI Hub you confirm that:
- You must be an approved and registered Driving Instructor with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) to qualify for using the Driving Test Success ADI Hub.
- You have checked that all the details that you submit are both current and accurate.
- In order to approve your application Driving Test Success will cross reference the details in your application against the official DVSA ‘Find Driving Schools and Lessons’ directory. If your driving school is not listed, Driving Test Success will contact you via the email address you supplied during your application and may ask to see a copy of your ADI badge to validate your application.
- Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted and will be deleted.
- Your ADI Hub account is personal to you. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- You are not permitted to sub-licence, reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit the content within our app(s) to anyone including (but not limited to) other driving instructors or your pupils.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ADI Hub account and for the accuracy of the content you enter within your account. Driving Test Success cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with keeping your account secure.
- Driving Test Success reserves the right to cancel, amend and withdraw the ADI Hub at any time.
- You are happy for Driving Test Success to contact you regarding new features and relevant information for the ADI Hub.
- When submitting your listing for the Driving Test Success ADI Hub, you agree that the information you provide:
- Is fully accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Is not fraudulent
- Does not infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
- Does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation
- Is not defamatory, trade libellous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing
- Is not obscene or contain, pornography, child pornography, or photographs of unclothed person(s);
- Shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
- Shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers;
- Shall not link directly or indirectly to any materials to which you do not have a right to link to or include.
- Violation of any of the terms may, at our sole discretion, result in the termination of your account.
- You agree to use the service at your own risk.
We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
